Dear Parent,
To prepare for the upcoming Parent/Child Dedication, we invite you to spend some intentional time reflecting and preparing your heart. Please complete the following before the orientation session:

To prepare for the upcoming Parent/Child Dedication, we invite you to spend some intentional time reflecting and preparing your heart. Please complete the following before the orientation session:
- Listen to the audio sessions linked below.
- Do the short assignments on the homework card (available on the @home wall in the lobby on Sundays) or simply write your answers on your own paper.
- Session 1: Imagine the End
- Listen: Imagine the End Audio (about 15 minutes)
- Do: Write a description of the kind of person you hope your child will become over the next 18 years. Each year on your child’s birthday, revisit what you wrote and reflect on how you’re helping your child take steps toward that vision spiritually and personally .
- Session 2: Make It Personal
- Listen: Make It Personal Audio (about 6 minutes)

- Invest in yourself and your relationships. Write down two practical steps you’ll take to nurture your own well-being and strengthen important relationships in your life. For example:
- Scheduling a date night or time with friends
- Setting aside quiet personal time each evening after the kids go to bed
- Going for a daily walk to enjoy God’s creation
