Overview

Stafford Crossing will be going to Mérida, Mexico with Servant Life in June 2024. Our team will serve alongside Cornerstone Baptist Theological Seminary. We will do some light construction as well as help a local church engage their community through outreach events. This trip is tailored to students and their families, but everyone can find their place on the team.

This trip is a great opportunity for families and students to grow closer to God through service.
What a typical week on mission in Mérida might include:
-Travel to Mérida, Mexico.

-Attend church service with our partner church; help with children's ministry, youth ministry, and preaching. Eat a meal with the church.

-Help a local church run their AWANA program (kids ministry).

-Host VBS with partner churches.

-Work around the seminary and/or other local churches.

-Sight-seeing:  Visit the city of Mérida. Travel to Mayapan Ruins (Mayan)--enjoy historical archeological sites and climb on the pyramids!

-Return travel to Stafford Crossing.
