KC Buddy (elementary or preschool) looks like…
· Serve: weekly or twice monthly on Sundays
· Prep: Familiarize yourself with the lesson so you can assist a child with special needs
· Win: You’ll get 1:1 time with some sweet kids and you’ll allow parents to attend service knowing their child is learning about Jesus!

· Serve: weekly or twice monthly on Sundays; subs serve 1-2 times per month on Sundays
· Prep: Watch Bible video & read lesson before Sunday to be prepared to lead/assist your group to explore/apply the Bible truth
· Win: Our kids love learning through fun activities and interaction with you. As a small group leader/assist or sub, you will see kids learn to worship, pray, and begin to trust and follow Jesus!
Large group leader in K-5 looks like…
· Serve: weekly or twice monthly on Sundays
· Prep: Watch Bible video & read lesson before Sunday to be prepared to introduce K-5 kids to the truth of the Bible
· Share: The Gospel message is central to our ministry and you’ll share it often with kids (we provide training)
· Win: Elementary kids are like sponges—they soak up what you say! They are fast learners with deep questions. As a large group leader, you have the privilege of sharing the Good News of God’s plan to rescue us from sin—and seeing lives transformed for eternity!

· Win: When supplies are prepped and ready, Sundays run smoothly. Volunteers have what they need so they can focus on the kids. This is a background position, but it’s critical to the success of Kids Crossing.

· Win: This is another background opportunity that is critical to the mission of Kids Crossing. Ensuring that toys and books are in good condition helps promote safety. It takes a lot of stuff to pull off Kids Crossing, so if you like shopping, this is the place for you to get some retail therapy on Kids Crossing’s dime!
