About the Position
Stafford Crossing Community Church seeks a creative, organized, detail-oriented Communication Coordinator to clearly and consistently communicate our church’s mission, ministries, and next steps.

The Communication Coordinator helps ensure Stafford Crossing's message, mission, and movement are communicated effectively across digital, print, and physical environments.

Working alongside ministry leaders, this individual will help develop communication strategies, create compelling visual content, manage digital platforms, and maintain a consistent visual expression throughout the church.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication Strategy: Partner with ministry leaders to translate ideas, events, and ministry initiatives into clear communication strategies and deliverables. 
• Graphic Design and Visual Expression: Create engaging visual content and maintain a consistent visual look across church communication platforms. 
• Digital Communications: Manage and update communication channels, including the church website and app, social media, print materials, and digital campaigns. 
• Content Planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar for churchwide messaging, campaigns, events, and social media. 
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other communication and creative projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• A personal commitment to trusting and following Jesus and a desire to support the mission and values of Stafford Crossing Community Church. 
• Demonstrated experience using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create and edit professional-quality graphic designs. 
• Experience or demonstrated ability in communications, marketing, graphic design, and content creation. 
• Strong written communication, editing, and storytelling skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Familiarity with website management tools, social media platforms, and digital communication channels. 
• Ability to collaborate with ministry leaders, receive direction, contribute creative ideas, and adapt as ministry needs evolve. 
• A positive, team-oriented, servant-hearted attitude and genuine care for people.
