Meet Joe Pantaleo, Director of Student Ministry

I grew up in a military household, which means we moved locations every three years or so. In 2000, my family settled in Stafford, VA and began laying down roots. In 2003, I was drawn near to God and I repented of my sin, confessed Jesus as Lord, and received new life.

After graduating from Colonial Forge High School in 2008, I began attending Liberty University on a wrestling scholarship. I was also involved in helping found an International Business Association and participating in long distance running. In 2012, I completed my education and earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business.  I plan on returning to school (online) in 2019 to begin my seminary degree.

In 2014, I joined the staff at Stafford Crossing Community Church as the Director of Missions and Students. After serving in that role for two years, I transitioned to become the full time Director of Student Ministry. Stafford Crossing has been my home church since 2002.

In 2016, I married my darling bride, Laura, and in 2017 we welcomed our first child, Alister Paxton, followed by Isaiah Ryder in 2018. Aside from spending time with my family, I enjoy refereeing middle and high school wrestling and hiking in the Shenandoah Mountains.

My mission in life is to reach as many people as possible for the sake of the Gospel, so that they too may call on Jesus as their Lord & Savior!
